PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

This agreement is a public offer defining the terms and conditions for photography services. By clicking the “Book a Date” button, the Client agrees to these terms.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Photographer: Olga Olegovna Farafontieva.
1.2. Client: an individual or legal entity booking a photography session.
1.3. The agreement comes into effect upon booking confirmation.

2. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

2.1. A 50% deposit of the total session cost must be paid no later than the booking date.
2.2. The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the photoshoot before it begins.
2.3. If the Client cancels the session less than 5 days before the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable.
2.4. If the booking is made on the day of the photoshoot, a 100% prepayment is required before the session begins.

3. PHOTOSHOOT ARRANGEMENTS

3.1. The Photographer provides photography services at the agreed time and location. If travel outside the Photographer’s city is required, the travel arrangements must be discussed in advance.
3.2. All travel expenses (transportation, accommodation, daily allowances) are either paid separately by the Client or included in the final cost.
3.3. In case of force majeure, the photoshoot may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement.

4. PHOTO EDITING

4.1. The standard photo editing time is up to 14 business days from the date of the photoshoot.
4.2. The Client receives edited digital photos via the website alaiz.pro, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Additional retouching, expedited editing, and other extra services require separate payment.

5. COPYRIGHTS

5.1. All copyrights for the photographs remain with the Photographer.
5.2. The Client is granted the right to personal use of the images.
5.3. Commercial use, media publication, or advertising requires separate written permission from the Photographer.
5.4. RAW files can be purchased for an additional fee, which is negotiated separately.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1. Upon the Client’s request, the photos may remain unpublished in the Photographer’s portfolio. This must be agreed upon in advance.
6.2. The Photographer agrees not to share raw files or personal data of the Client with third parties without their consent.

7. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

7.1. The Photographer has the right to use the photos in their portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
7.2. Any changes or additions to this agreement must be made in writing.
7.3. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with applicable law.

By booking a photography session, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to all terms of this agreement.
